Document pack
Gather these once, in one folder, before you apply. Most delays on a first request are paperwork, and every item here is something a reviewer can ask for.

Print this page or save it as a PDF and tick items off as you collect them. Start with the core items, which apply to every product. Then add the column for the product you are applying for. Do not send items marked "only when asked" up front; they slow the first review without helping it.
The single biggest item, bank statements, has its own guide: bank statements for a business loan. This page lists what else goes in the folder.
| Done | Item | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| ☐ | Business bank statements | Most recent 3 months, full PDFs, every account that receives revenue |
| ☐ | Business details | Legal name and DBA, EIN, start date, address, industry |
| ☐ | Ownership | Each owner with 25% or more: name, percentage, home address, date of birth |
| ☐ | Owner photo ID | Valid government ID for each listed owner |
| ☐ | Request and purpose | Amount and one sentence on what it buys |
| ☐ | Debt schedule | Every loan, lease, card line and advance: lender, balance, payment, frequency |
| ☐ | Account for funding | Voided check or bank letter for the receiving account |
| Product | Add these |
|---|---|
| Merchant cash advance / revenue-based | Processor statements if card sales settle through a processor; payoff letters for any advance being replaced |
| Line of credit / term loan | Longer statement history on larger requests; business tax return only when asked |
| Equipment financing | Vendor quote or invoice with make, model, year and price; serial number for used equipment |
| Invoice factoring | Open invoices, accounts receivable aging report, customer contracts |
Not sure which product fits? Read requirements by product first.
This is the item most first-time applicants skip, and it matters most. Every payment that already leaves your account is visible on statements, so list it before the reviewer finds it. An example row:
| Type | Creditor | Balance | Payment | Frequency | Secured by |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Equipment note | Equipment Finance Co. | $7,400 | $612 | Monthly, 9th | Truck lift |
| Business card | Bank card | $3,100 | $95 minimum | Monthly | Supplies |
A short, honest debt schedule makes the file read as organized. A missing obligation that appears on the statements reads as the opposite.
All figures in worked examples are illustrations of the arithmetic, not offers or quotes. Real terms depend on your file and the funder.
Name files plainly (2026-09-statement.pdf, owner-id-smith.pdf). Keep everything in one folder. Upload through the application link, and do not email statements or ID images to anyone who has not been identified as part of your application.
Once the core column is complete, apply; the form takes about five minutes and starts with a soft credit pull. If you want to test fit first, use the qualification check.
Recent business bank statements, business and ownership details, owner ID, the amount and purpose, a debt schedule and the account details for funding. Add product-specific items from the table.
Not for a typical first review. They are requested only when a funder asks, usually on larger requests.
A list of every existing loan, lease, card line and advance with its balance, payment and frequency.
A vendor quote or invoice with make, model, year and price, and the serial number for used equipment.
Upload them through your application link as clearly named PDFs.
Same-day decision. Applying takes a few minutes and will not affect your credit score.
