QuickBridge alternatives
QuickBridge publishes clear minimums and a ceiling. Here is what its own site says as of October 2026, what we publish, and one business run against both so you can see which situation points where.

As of October 2026, QuickBridge’s own website states:
QuickBridge does not publish rates on those pages, so we do not quote any. Check its site directly for current terms.
Every line, including the ones that rule a file out, is on our funding requirements page.
| Your situation | QuickBridge (as of October 2026) | Merchant Fund Express |
|---|---|---|
| You need more than $500,000 | Above the $500,000 published maximum | Up to $5,000,000 when deposits support it |
| Annual sales under $250,000 | Below the published minimum | Tier 2 reads $60,000 in verifiable revenue |
| A short, fixed repayment window | Short-term loans of 6 to 18 months | Schedule set in each offer and shown before you sign |
| Payment schedule | ACH Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays | Depends on the product; every payment date is in the offer |
| Documents | ID and at least three months of financial statements | About three months of bank statement PDFs and the application |
| Paying off early | Early payoff discounts disclosed before acceptance | Ask whether your offer includes one, in writing |
| Existing advance open | Not stated on the pages reviewed | Up to two allowed on Tier 2; balances up to $100,000 often bought out |
An auto repair shop, 2 years in business, deposits $32,000 a month ($384,000 a year), the owner’s FICO is 620, and it carries one advance with $18,000 left at $150 per business day. It wants $60,000, funded Monday, November 2, 2026.
Against QuickBridge’s published minimums it clears all three: more than 6 months, more than $250,000 a year and a business bank account. Against ours it misses Tier 1 (under 3 years, under 650) and reads against Tier 2, which allows the open advance. Both are worth quoting. What decides it is whether the payment fits, so here is the same assumed price applied to the shop’s numbers, a total repayment of $78,000 on $60,000 over about 252 business days, starting Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
| Take $60,000 on top | Take $40,000 on top | $60,000 with a buyout | |
|---|---|---|---|
| New payment per business day | $309.52 ($78,000 / 252) | $206.35 ($52,000 / 252) | $309.52, with $18,000 of the $60,000 used to pay off the old advance |
| Existing advance per month (21 days) | $3,150 | $3,150 | $0 |
| New payment per month (21 days) | $6,500 | $4,333 | $6,500 |
| Total debits as a share of $32,000 | 30.2% | 23.4% | 20.3% |
| Cash left for the shop | $60,000 | $40,000 | $42,000 |
Stacking the full $60,000 on top of the open advance puts almost a third of deposits into payments. Taking less, or using part of the money to retire the existing balance, brings the burden down. That arithmetic applies to any offer, from anyone.
All figures in worked examples are illustrations of the arithmetic, not offers or quotes. Real terms depend on your file and the funder.
A request up to $500,000, annual sales of $250,000 or more, a preference for a defined 6 to 18 month term and an early payoff discount set out before you accept.
A request above $500,000, sales under $250,000 a year, credit in the 500s, or an existing advance you want bought out or consolidated. See MCA buyout and reverse consolidation.
A business with 3+ years, a 650+ FICO and $25,000 a month may clear Tier 1 for a line of credit from 1% per month or a term loan at 0% origination.
If payments would take a third of deposits, or the account runs negative several days a month, fix that first. More money on top usually makes the next month harder.
If you have offers from both, line them up with the offer comparison calculator and check the total with the payment burden calculator. Our application takes about five minutes. As of October 2026, its website lists 6+ months in business, $250,000+ in annual sales and a business bank account.
Its site states up to $500,000 as of October 2026. We publish funding from $25,000 to $5,000,000.
That is below QuickBridge’s published minimum. Our revenue-based tier reads $60,000 in verifiable revenue with 6+ months in business and a 600+ FICO.
Our Tier 2 allows up to two current advances, and balances of $100,000 or less can often be bought out. Disclose every open position on the application.
Our application starts with a soft credit pull. QuickBridge says exploring options with it does not affect your credit score, and that a company it refers you to may run a hard pull.
