Clover POS · Automotive
A Clover setup built around how a window tint shop actually sells: the rush, the menu, the payments and the people who run it.
✓ Installed by our team and supported by phone. Rates and equipment are quoted to your business.
At Merchant Fund Express, we set up Clover for window tint shops: the right devices, the features that matter in your workflow and on-site training for your staff.
Appointments stack up in spring and summer, and Saturdays are booked solid. A car sits in the bay for a few hours, so payment is quick but the pickup line can bunch up at the end of the day.
Services are sold by vehicle type and film grade: sedans versus SUVs, front two windows versus full car, plus windshield strips and removal of old film. Modifiers for vehicle size and film keep quotes and tickets identical.
Cards dominate, with deposits taken at booking for full-vehicle jobs and warranty paperwork handed over at pickup. Fleet and dealership work is often invoiced.
A small team of installers and one person at the front desk. The installer should not be the one handling refunds, so permissions matter.
A Mini at the front desk handles check-in and pickup, and a Flex lets the desk person take payment in the lot when a customer is in a hurry. Printed receipts double as the warranty record.
The core device is the Clover Flex.
Do not price every film and vehicle combination as a separate button. Build one service per job type with modifiers, or the menu becomes unusable within a month.
Installation is a visit, not a shipment: a technician places and tests each device, programs your menu or services with you, connects printers and drawers and practices a full transaction with every person who will use it.
Merchant Fund Express is the team behind your terminal: we install on site, train your staff and answer the phone after launch. When you want funding or equipment financing, it is available from the same company.
