Declined
Arbat Capital (arbat-capital.io, Hollywood, FL) does not publish its credit, time-in-business or revenue minimums, so a decline does not tell you which line you missed. Here is how to read it, and where the bar is published.
✓ Checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score.
Not the same company: this page is about Arbat Capital LLC at arbat-capital.io, a merchant cash advance provider with an office in Hollywood, FL. It is not the securities firm at arbatcapital.com, which is a different, unrelated company.
Arbat Capital does not publish a minimum credit score, time in business or revenue (checked October 15, 2026), so the reasons for a decline are not published either. What it does publish narrows the likely causes:
| What Arbat publishes | Figure |
|---|---|
| Amounts | $5,000 to $100,000 |
| Terms | 90 to 270 days |
| Product | Merchant cash advance only |
| Credit, time in business, revenue minimums | Not published |

No hard credit cutoff here, and the line of credit reaches $350,000.
The minimum FICO is 500. The 650/600/550 tiers are product criteria that decide which product a file is read against, not a floor on the business. Scores in the 500s are placed routinely and are read on revenue, deposit consistency and time in business rather than on the score alone.
If the decline came because you asked for more than $100,000 or for something other than an advance, the fix may be the product, not the file. A line of credit or a buyout of a balance of $100,000 or less can answer needs that a single short advance cannot.
Tier 1: 650 FICO, 3 years in business, $300,000 a year or $25,000 a month, 8+ monthly deposits.
Tier 2: 600 FICO, 6 months in business, $60,000 revenue, $800 minimum daily balance.
Renewal: 550 FICO, 2 years in business, once 50% of the original balance is repaid.
A position with a balance of $100,000 or less can be refinanced into a weekly-payment structure.
Illustrative example: a Hollywood restaurant declined for a $130,000 advance, with a 620 score, four years in business and $32,000 in monthly deposits, would be read against Tier 2 here, and its revenue may also bring Tier 1 products into the conversation once the score reaches 650.
Write down why you need the money, how much, and how quickly you can repay it from your slowest month. If you already hold an advance, list the funder, the remaining balance and the payment. Any new offer should be compared against that list in total dollars. A decline is also a good moment to check your last three to four months of bank statements for negative days and returned items, since those are read closely everywhere. And confirm you are dealing with the right company: Arbat Capital uses arbat-capital.io, not arbatcapital.com.
No. A prior decline elsewhere is not one of the thresholds on this site.

Its minimums are not published, so ask for the reason in writing. Common fits to check are the $100,000 cap, the 90 to 270 day term and the advance-only product.
