Credit score. No minimum is published. That can work for owners with bruised credit, but it also means you will not know the bar until after you apply. Ask whether the check is a soft or hard inquiry before you consent.
Time in business and revenue. Neither is published. Consolidation funders generally look at several months of business bank statements to see deposits and existing advance payments, so have three to four recent months ready.
Amount. Consolidation starts at $25,000, which is the practical floor if your goal is to combine advances. If you owe less than that across your positions, VersaFi’s consolidation product is not built for your balance; other products on its list start at $10,000.
Term. Consolidation terms run up to 12 months. If your current advances have only a few months left, stretching the balance to 12 months lowers the payment but can raise the total you repay.
Payment claims. VersaFi advertises payments “up to 72%” lower and cites a “22% average savings” figure on its consolidation funnel. Treat both as marketing ranges. Your own reduction depends on your balances, the remaining terms and the new factor rate.
Illustrative self-check. An owner paying three advances totaling $4,500 a week asks for consolidation. Before accepting a new $2,500 weekly payment, they should multiply it by the number of weeks in the new term and compare the result with the sum of what remains on the three existing advances. If the new total is higher, the lower payment is costing money.
Because VersaFi does not publish its minimums, a decline will not always tell you which line you missed. Ask for the reason in writing. If your balance is under $25,000, if you want published credit floors, or if you prefer information in Spanish, compare providers that publish more. Merchant Fund Express starts at a 500 credit score and matches one application with multiple funders, with buyouts available on balances of $100,000 or less.

Merchant Fund Express matches one application with multiple funders whose criteria differ from VersaFi Capital’s, so a file that misses one cutoff may fit another. Credit from 500, same-day decisions, funding typically the next business day.

VersaFi does not publish a list. Recent business bank statements and a list of your current advances with balances are a sensible start.
No. VersaFi advertises payments up to 72% lower; your result depends on your balances, terms and the new offer.
Same-day decision. Applying takes a few minutes and will not affect your credit score.
