Where CapFront is easier. For a term loan, CapFront asks for one year in business and $15,000 a month. Our Tier 1 term loan asks for three years and $25,000 a month at a 650 score. If you have 14 months in business, $18,000 a month and a 620 score, CapFront’s published term-loan bar fits you and our Tier 1 does not; our revenue-based path (600, 6 months, $60,000) would be the comparison.
Where we are easier. Our floor is 500, with scores in the 500s placed routinely on revenue and deposits. CapFront’s published floors start at 560 for a line of credit and 600 for a term loan.
“Flexible”. CapFront calls its 600 term-loan floor flexible. Ask what that means for your file before you apply.
SBA. Finder reports 650 for SBA 504 and 675 for SBA 7(a) and Express. We do not offer SBA loans; CapFront lists SBA up to $10M with terms up to 30 years.
Documents. Have recent business bank statements, a list of any existing balances and your ownership details ready. CapFront’s application runs 7 steps.
CapFront’s own on-page calculator shows an example: $150,000 over 5 years at 12% comes to $3,337 a month and $50,200 in total interest. The math checks out for a fully amortizing loan. Keep in mind that an interest rate leaves out fees; the APR folds them in, which is why LendingTree points out that CapFront advertises rates rather than APRs.
If your score is under 600, or you have less than a year in business, CapFront’s published term-loan bar does not fit. Merchant Fund Express starts at a 500 credit score, reads revenue-based files from 6 months in business, and offers buyouts on balances of $100,000 or less.

Merchant Fund Express matches one application with multiple funders whose criteria differ from CapFront’s, so a file that misses one cutoff may fit another. Credit from 500, same-day decisions, funding typically the next business day.
600+ for term loans, described as flexible. Finder reports 560+ for a line of credit, 600 for equipment, 650 for SBA 504 and 675 for SBA 7(a) and Express.
1+ year for a term loan, per capfront.net, checked October 15, 2026.
$15,000+ a month for a term loan.
It says it uses a soft pull.
For a term loan, its published time-in-business and revenue bars are lower than our Tier 1. Our credit floor, 500, is lower than its published floors.
Recent business bank statements, a list of existing balances and ownership details are a sensible start.
Same-day decision. Applying takes a few minutes and will not affect your credit score.
