Merchant Fund Express publishes its business term loan at $10K–$250K, with the loan amount capped at 15% of annual revenue and terms of 12 to 18 months, and its business line of credit at $10K to $350K, from 1% per month with a 2.49% fee per draw. Amounts above $250,000 exceed the term-loan cap; for $500,000 and up, an SBA loan or another structure would apply.

Payment = P × i ÷ (1 − (1 + i)−N), with P the amount, i the annual rate divided by 12 and N the number of monthly payments. For example, $250,000 at 15% over 3 years uses i = 0.0125 and N = 36, which gives $8,666.33 a month. Run your own scenario in the term loan payment calculator, which also handles weekly payments and an origination fee.
The ladder assumes fixed rates, equal monthly payments and no fees. Real offers may have weekly payments, a fee taken from proceeds, a variable rate or an interest-only period, so always ask for the payment, the number of payments and the total of payments in writing.
The published term loan covers the $50,000 to $250,000 rows, capped at 15% of annual revenue, on 12 to 18 month terms with weekly payments, so the 1-year column is the nearest match. The published line of credit covers up to $350,000 with draws that re-amortize over 12 to 36 months. Rows above that are SBA or other structured financing territory; see SBA 7(a) vs 504 vs SBA Express. Thresholds by credit tier are on credit score requirements.
At an illustrative 10% APR it is about $8,791.59 over 1 year, $2,124.70 over 5 years and $1,321.51 over 10 years.
