Declined
VersaFi Capital does not publish its credit, time-in-business or revenue minimums, so a decline does not tell you which line you missed. Here is how to find out, and where the bar is published.

VersaFi Capital does not publish a minimum credit score, time in business or revenue (checked October 15, 2026), so the reasons for a decline are not published either. What it does publish narrows the likely causes:
| What VersaFi publishes | Figure |
|---|---|
| Amounts | $10,000 to $5,000,000 |
| MCA consolidation | $25,000 to $5,000,000, up to 12 months |
| Credit, time in business, revenue minimums | Not published |

No hard credit cutoff here, and the line of credit reaches $350,000.
The minimum FICO is 500. The 650/600/550 tiers are product criteria that decide which product a file is read against, not a floor on the business. Scores in the 500s are placed routinely and are read on revenue, deposit consistency and time in business rather than on the score alone.
A decline from a consolidation product does not close the door on a smaller fix. If one or two of your advances carry most of the weekly pressure, a buyout of a balance of $100,000 or less can lower that payment without consolidating everything.
Tier 1: 650 FICO, 3 years in business, $300,000 a year or $25,000 a month, 8+ monthly deposits.
Tier 2: 600 FICO, 6 months in business, $60,000 revenue, $800 minimum daily balance.
Renewal: 550 FICO, 2 years in business, once 50% of the original balance is repaid.
A position with a balance of $100,000 or less can be refinanced into a weekly-payment structure.
Illustrative example: an owner declined for a $30,000 consolidation of two advances, with a 590 score and 14 months in business, would be read against Tier 2 here. The question becomes whether one of the two balances can be refinanced into a weekly payment, not whether the whole stack can be combined.
Write down every advance you hold: the funder, the remaining balance, the payment and how often it is taken. Any consolidation or buyout offer should be compared against that list in total dollars. Ask whether the new money pays existing positions off at closing or lands in your account for you to pay them, and count how many positions you will hold afterwards. A decline is also a good moment to check your last three to four months of bank statements for negative days and returned items, since those are read closely everywhere.
No. A prior decline elsewhere is not one of the thresholds on this site.

Its minimums are not published, so ask for the reason in writing. Common fits to check are the $25,000 consolidation floor and the 12-month term.
