Why Latino Financial says no

Latino Financial publishes two requirements and an amount range (checked October 15, 2026). A decline usually traces back to one of these:

What is read differently here

No hard credit cutoff here, and the line of credit reaches $350,000.

The minimum FICO is 500. The 650/600/550 tiers are product criteria that decide which product a file is read against, not a floor on the business. Scores in the 500s are placed routinely and are read on revenue, deposit consistency and time in business rather than on the score alone.

Be realistic about timing: the revenue-based tier here asks for 6 months in business. A business declined at three or four months for being too new may need to wait until its deposits show six months before any route opens.

Average daily balance of $5,000, or 10% of monthly revenue, whichever is greater. Up to 3 negative days a month, 9 per six months and up to 6 NSFs a month, 24 per six months.

The three routes back

Tier 1: 650 FICO, 3 years in business, $300,000 a year or $25,000 a month, 8+ monthly deposits.

Tier 2: 600 FICO, 6 months in business, $60,000 revenue, $800 minimum daily balance.

Renewal: 550 FICO, 2 years in business, once 50% of the original balance is repaid.

A position with a balance of $100,000 or less can be refinanced into a weekly-payment structure.

Illustrative example: a restaurant declined at Latino Financial with eight months in business, a 610 score and $11,000 in monthly deposits would be read against Tier 2 here, where deposit consistency and the minimum daily balance carry as much weight as the score.

Restricted regardless of the numbers: new residential construction, residential remodelling, long-distance (TL or LTL) trucking, used car dealers, and real estate agents, managers or lessors. Sole proprietors are eligible. Non-profits are not, and 50% or more ownership is required. Funding in all 50 US states.

Before you reapply anywhere

Pull your last four months of business bank statements and add up the deposits for each month. If any month is under $7,500, or if you see negative days or returned items, fix those first; they are read closely everywhere. Write down the amount you actually need and the payment your slowest month can carry. And whichever provider you apply to next, ask for the legal company name and the privacy policy before you upload documents.
